Well you can contact me by using your phone number or my email which is already on the shop's contact page.
This will be vary to each and evry customer. It is because of their choosing of delivery, whether they choose cash on delivery or through postage. I'll personally inform when it's being posted and when will you recieve it.
If the product is damage on recieval, I'll give the option for them to choose whether they want a refund or simply another brand new one.
